Sienna Miller is often seen in Notting Hill, mainly due to her entering the fashion business. In 2006, it was announced that Sienna Miller would design a fashion capsule for Pepe Jeans. The project was a great success and later expanded to become a fashion label in it's own right, called Twenty8Twelve. The name derived from Sienna Miller's date of birth and the operation is self is financially backed by Pepe Jeans.
The complete collection, which Sienna Miller designed with
her sister, Savannah, who herself is a professional fashion designer (having graduated from Central St Martins in 2004 with 1st class honors), launched in September 2007.
Twenty8Twelve is based in the heart of Westbourne Grove, where London's most fashionable designers and shops choose to base themselves (e.g. Zadig & Voltaire, Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith, Emma Hope, Heidi Klein, Joseph and Armand Basi).
Aside from fashion design work Sienna Miller is notably famous for the many films she has been involved in (having studied acting at the Lee Strasbourg institute in New York). The ever growing list of films include Alfie, Cassanova, Factory Girl, Stardust, The Edge of Love, Hippie Hippie Shake and most recently, G.I. Joe - Rise of the Cobra (post production).
